By telling us about yourself, your travel party and what you want from your trip to New Zealand, we will create a unique itinerary for you by recommending accommodation, activities and transport which match your requirements. This can be done via e-mail or we can call you to "meet" you and discuss your forthcoming holiday. Once we have done this we will propose an itinerary which gives you the opportunity to see the parts of New Zealand that hold the most interest for you, at a pace that will suit your preferred traveling style. Of course this is just a proposal, if necessary it can be redrafted. Once we have agreed on the appropriate travel route, accommodation, activities and transport, we will make all the necessary arrangements and provide you with comprehensive travel documents for your vacation. These include: a written itinerary, driving directions to your accommodation, a map of New Zealand, a selection of associated travel brochures, vouchers and information.

These documents will then either be sent to your home or your rental car pick up point in New Zealand.
